Yadin has been involved in venture capital since 1987, when he joined the management of Athena Venture Partners, a US/Israel venture fund. He has managed Veritas's funds since 1990. He has served on the boards of numerous high-technology companies, including Gilat Satellite Networks, Class Data Systems, Mercury Interactive, and Escape Rescue Systems, among others. He also co-founded an Internet company. Yadin also founded and is Chairman of Tmura - The Israeli Public Service Venture Fund, which solicits donations of equity from early-stage companies and donates the proceeds from exit events to education- and youth-related charities in Israel.

Yadin is a native of New York and a member of both the New York and Israel bars. He has experience in commercial law and served as a law clerk to a justice of the Supreme Court of Israel. Yadin received his B.A. from Princeton University, M.A. from Harvard University, and J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.

Yadin is Chairman of the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee in Israel and is a member of Princeton's National Committee on Schools.

Yadin received the Israel High-Tech Award from the Israel Venture Association in 2006 for his contribution to community service through his work with Tmura.

Rann has R&D and management experience in Israel's aerospace industry and Defense Forces. Rann is a board member of Fring, Trivnet Ltd. and Prolify.

Rann was born and raised in Israel, served in Israel's Intelligence Corps and is a Major (Reserve). He holds a B.Sc. in aerospace engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.

Gill has R&D and management experience in Israel's Air Force and aerospace industry. Prior to joining Veritas in 1999, he headed the R&D Department of the Israel Air Force.
Gill was born and raised in Israel, served as a military aviator in the Israel Air Force and is a Colonel (reserve). Gill is a board member of Bamboo MediaCasting Inc., Guardium Inc., WebLayers Inc. and Sirica Ltd

He holds a B.Sc. in aeronautical engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an MBA from Bar-Ilan Business School in Israel.

Laurie has been involved in venture capital since 1990. As Senior Business Development Manager and SVP Private Equity at Anglo American (AA), a leading global mining concern, he represented AA's interests in a number of venture funds, including the AAV fund managed by Veritas. He served on the boards of various AAV portfolio companies. Laurie was also a board member of MCPEPA (an East Asian private equity fund) and MCA (a South African fund - Chairman of the Investment Committee). At AA, Laurie pioneered the establishment of new technology-driven businesses, and served on the boards of a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held businesses, including Anglo American Industrial Corporation Ltd. He currently serves on the boards of ClickFox Inc., Asankya Networks Inc., CytoDome Inc., the Atlanta Venture Forum, and the American Israel Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast US (Chairman Elect).

Laurie was born and raised in South Africa, and holds a B.Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Pretoria, and a B.Com (Hons) and diploma in Datametrics from the University of South Africa.
